It isn’t about being amazing at the poses even though with regular practise you will become amazing. It’s about enjoying the experience and making it your practise. regardless of what level your at. Yoga is about living in the present moment.

Receive gentle guidance
A yoga class you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home at your own pace when you decide.
As a yoga instructor I have gone through a certified training program, specializing in a Hatha/Vinyasa yoga.
I will provide guidance for beginners level and work with you at your own pace so you can decide what feels best for your body.
I will also take you through a step by step video guide of how to do a class. starting with a warm up, sun salutation, peak pose, cool down and meditation so you know exactly what your doing in the class and not just following along.
I also explain about the chakras and what they are and do. And a very important feature of your yoga is the Pranayama breathing exercises. I will explain these in detail and again why it is so important.

What is Hatha/Vinyasa yoga
Hatha yoga (meaning force)includes breathing techniques and correct postures through asanas. The poses involve being held for a few minutes at a time before moving on to the next pose.Vinyasa yoga involves moving from one pose (asana) to the next in a flowing sequence.
